Josh was born and raised in Kentucky. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, he and his wife Becky moved back to Louisville where they are raising their 5 children. Josh enjoys cycling and Crossfit and spends most of his free time at a ballfield watching his kids play football, softball and baseball.

Peter has been in the Energy Services industry for over 30 years having worked for several ESCO’s along the way. During his career, he has been involved in many aspects of the business including several start-ups in the industry. Ten years ago, he began working for Jaykal LED Solutions, a fledgling LED lighting manufacturer as it’s VP of Channel Sales. Today, Jaykal is well recognized in the ESCO space as a leader with its products and services. Prior to Jaykal, Peter led the efforts of ConEdison Solutions (CES) to enhance their efforts in gaining more traction in the Federal ESPC space. CES went on to win many large VA hospital, DoD military installation, and other Federal projects including large USPS mail processing facilities. Years earlier, he was selected to represent a partnership in FPL Services to develop an unregulated ESCO in Florida. This was a ground up effort intended to have very little up-front capital to grow, and today, FPL Services is still a viable and growing entity. Prior to FPL Services, Peter was an early hire for start-up Coneco Inc. Peter helped build the company to the point it was eventually purchased by Boston Edison, now Eversource. Peter was honorably discharged from the US Navy in the 1980’s. Today, he resides in Florida, is married and enjoys golfing, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his wife, their children and grandchildren.

Chris is a CPA with over a dozen years in the tax industry. In addition to overseeing all financial aspects of Blue Energy, Chris’s current responsibilities include ITC Tax Credit cost basis reviews and tax consulting. As an expert in relationship building, Chris has always had a passion for advisory services and helping clients see the bigger picture. He has the aptitude to dive into businesses and lay out attainable visions and goals. He founded NCH Financial Services in 2016, an accounting firm that specializes in small and medium sized business to fill a void in the accounting space. Prior to NCH, Chris worked for two regional public accounting firms. He has a BS in Accounting with an option of Financial Planning from Murray State University. Chris and his three young children live in Crestwood, Kentucky where they enjoy the hectic pace of gymnastics, softball, basketball, swim, and theatre.

Charles has more than twenty-seven years of experience in cost segregation and fixed assets. Charles oversees the expansion and operations of the cost segregation practice and leads Blue Energy’s renewable energy tax credit practice. Before joining Blue Energy, he has worked at both KPMG and Ernst & Young and was the National Practice Leader of multiple cost segregation practices. He has performed or managed thousands of studies in diverse industries such as: banking, airlines, computers, entertainment, sports, hospitality, insurance, multi-family, retail, real estate development, food processing, telecommunications, manufacturing, etc. His clients have ranged from family businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
